I'm sure you know that
ude = (upper)arm (from the shoulder to elbow)
and
makura = pillow
My guess is that clever combination of the 2 is a polite way of asking for sex. I doubt that the word udemakura is uttered on its own, rather its probably used in a sentence...In which case maybe
'you can sleep on me' would imply the same...
I have never heard of 'armpillow' refered to anything or any action other than a pillow for the arm.
