| the average Belgian can name more world leaders than say, George "Dubya" Bush. Europeans and Asians may have their own screwy interpretations of world events but at least they know about them. I was talking to a doctor friend of mine recently and I was dumbfounded when she had never heard of the Cuban Missle Crisis.
