If you are not supposed to sue people or fight people, how do you resolve the inevitable conflicts? When people don't openly debate, how can you decide which way is the right way? This book may shed some light.

I haven't read these books yet myself and I don't expect either of them to paint a pretty picture, but I think they would be useful to those of you considering a permanant stay in Japan.
