Someone here once talked about developing a manga around YD storylines. Now there's great promise with that concept.
Just think how a graphic artist might approach your latest story Oscar ... a Cary Grant-type Japanese doctor seduces a disfigured and withdrawn young woman. How captivating. I can almost visualize the controversial panels.
