Not Impressed with Barbie

The inventor of the Barbie doll passed away the other day. RIP.

What caught my attention was this:

The impossibly well-endowed doll -- her original figure would be about 39-18-33 if she were human -- has infuriated feminists, inspired artists and intrigued academics around the world.

39-18-33...That would be 97.5-45-82.5 in centimeters.
Is that really impossible?
I never actually took measurements, but I think I had dinner with someone like that just last week.
